This is a pilot initiative funded by the Department of Human Services (the department) and coordinated in partnership with the Victorian Mental Illness Awareness Council (VMIAC) and the Victorian Mental Health Carers Network (the Carers Network). It trials new ways of involving carers and consumers in giving feedback to public mental health services about their experience of care and support as part of an ongoing quality improvement program.
